Erwin Dely

Owner, Registered Professional Accountant (RPA)

Erwin’s journey in accounting began with a high school bookkeeping class that sparked a lifelong passion for helping people with their finances. As a Registered Professional Accountant (RPA), he’s known for his practical approach, extensive experience, and genuine care for clients. Over the years, he’s built lasting relationships that often feel more like friendships. When he’s not in the office, you’ll likely find him enjoying time with his family at Disney World.

Lauren Dely

Managing Partner, Notary Public

Lauren joined her father in 2012 and has grown with the firm ever since. With a background in accounting and business law, she brings a fresh, forward-thinking approach to every part of the business. Passionate about using technology to simplify accounting, Lauren values building strong, lasting relationships with clients and her team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, unwinding over a good board game, and never turns down a great cup of coffee.

Nan Wang, MEcon

Senior Accountant, Brantford Office

Nan joined the team in 2017 after completing her studies at Mohawk College and Western University, where she focused on Accounting and earned a Master’s degree in Economics. She specializes in corporate tax, particularly for clients with complex multi-corporation structures, and is highly skilled in navigating intricate tax challenges.

Outside of work, Nan enjoys reading, traveling the world, and cheering on her favorite soccer teams.

Mandy Billo, (Hons.) BCom

Mandy grew up in Simcoe and has been an integral part of the LRH team since 2014. Now a valued member of the Dely team, she continues to bring dedication and warmth to her work. Mandy holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Laurentian University and has steadily advanced her professional development throughout her career. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family. Mandy and her son have explored 12 countries together so far—and they’re always planning their next adventure.

Terry is a CPA with over 17 years of experience in public practice. He specializes in personal, corporate, and trust taxation, as well as tax advisory services for individuals and businesses. Terry has worked with clients across a wide range of industries, including professional services, healthcare, real estate, and non-profit organizations. Known for his approachable and supportive style, he is committed to helping clients navigate complex tax matters while building lasting relationships based on practical advice and responsive service. Outside of work, Terry enjoys spending time with family and friends and unwinding with a friendly board game.

Chahat Mehta

Junior Accountant, Brantford Office

Chahat began her post-secondary journey in Vancouver, where she completed a Diploma in Marketing Management after moving to British Columbia in 2016. In 2024, she relocated to Ontario to continue growing both personally and professionally.

With a strong passion for accounting and a love for working with numbers, Chahat brings enthusiasm and dedication to her role. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in nature, soaking up scenic views, and going on outdoor adventures. At home, you’ll often find her cooking up something delicious or relaxing with a good show on Netflix.

Kayla Estolas

Staff Accountant, Brantford Office

Kayla is an internationally trained accountant who studied Accounting in the Philippines and is currently working toward her CPA designation in Ontario. With a strong background in accounting, auditing, and fraud investigation, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team.

Kayla is currently on maternity leave, enjoying time at home with her new baby boy. Outside of her professional pursuits, she loves traveling with her spouse, spending time with her pets, tackling puzzle games, and unwinding with movies and series.

Laurie Carpenter

Staff Accountant, Simcoe Office

Laurie grew up in Norfolk County and began her career working on her family’s tobacco farm. She later earned her Accounting Diploma from Mohawk College and gained valuable experience in manufacturing, agriculture, and industrial settings—progressing from Bookkeeper to Office Manager in each role.

She joined the LRH team 2019 and is now a valued member of the Dely team. Laurie has developed her expertise in bookkeeping, payroll, and both personal and corporate tax. She is highly skilled in QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, and Sage 50, and is known for building strong, communicative relationships with her clients.

Outside the office, Laurie enjoys traveling to Florida, staying active, and spending time with her family, friends, and dogs.

Deb O’Brien

Junior Accountant, Simcoe Office

Deb works seasonally with Dely & Associates, during the tax season.

Deb brings a wealth of experience as a project manager and administrative director, having worked across a range of industries and levels of government. Her passion for community connection shines through in her work—whether organizing local events and fundraisers or contributing to county-level initiatives like streetscape and program improvements.

Outside of the office, Deb enjoys canoeing and hiking scenic trails with her husband and their dog, Nuala — whose name, fittingly, is Gaelic for “new love.”

Mann Patel, MBA

Junior Accountant, Brantford Office

With an MBA in Finance from India and a sharp eye for detail, Mann has been building his career at Dely & Associates since 2022. Starting as a Bookkeeper and now working as a Junior Accountant, he thrives on turning numbers into meaningful insights. Outside of work, Mann enjoys chasing new horizons—whether it’s discovering hidden gems in new cities or embracing the thrill of unexpected adventures.

Justin Robinson

Junior Accountant

Joining us in early 2026, Justin brings with him experience in personal and corporate taxes, corporate finance, and detailed audit procedures. Justin is passionate about volunteering and giving back to his community, including sitting on the Board of Directors for a local non-profit organization and acting on the Program Advisory Committee for the program he graduated from at Mohawk College. He spends his time outside of work socializing and training his dog, a working-line sled dog.

Jean joined Dely & Associates in early 2024, right in the heart of tax season. With over 30 years of administrative experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to our front desk. As the first point of contact in our Brantford office, Jean’s cheerful demeanor and eagerness to assist ensure that every client interaction is a positive one.

Outside the office, Jean and her husband are embracing the transition to becoming empty nesters after years filled with hockey, baseball, soccer, and countless other family activities. Having given their children strong roots, they’re now enjoying the rewarding experience of watching them soar.

Kathy is the welcoming face you’ll see at our Simcoe front desk and a reliable presence who helps keep our office running seamlessly. Her warmth and positivity help bring the entire team together.

Outside the office, Kathy enjoys relaxing with her beloved pups and is an active member of the Simcoe Lynn Valley Lions. She proudly serves as Chair of the Friendship Festival, held every Civic Holiday weekend—an event she’s deeply passionate about. Kathy’s commitment to community and connection is evident in everything she does.
